It also aligns with the initiative of the Year of Tolerance.<\/p>\n<p>Though the drivers can obtain a 100% discount, the discount depends on the number of months a driver spends without any traffic rule violation:<\/p>\n<p>1. Following the traffic rules for at least 3 months- 25% discount<br \/>\n2. Following the traffic rules for at least 6 months- 50% discount<br \/>\n3. Following the traffic rules for at least 9 months- 75% discount<br \/>\n4.
